When I was considering getting an engagement ring, I thought about online, or going to one of the generic shops in malls, but I thought it would be cool to have it custom made in town, and Micah was super cool and helpful, putting out an awesome design and product super quick. We brought a mess of ideas and an heirloom diamond to Micah at Innovative Custom Jewelry, and he put it all together and created the most beautiful, unique ring for us. He completely saw our vision and designed our dream ring. He involved us in every step of the process and made sure the piece was as we dreamed. Their wonderful customer service and quick turn-around only add to the great experience. We also bought a men's ring from his store that is beautifully crafted and designed.

Both the service and quality of work that I experienced at Innovative Custom Jewelry were fabulous. I first had Micah fix a necklace for me. After he did such an awesome job, I decided to have him rebuild my wedding band. Not only did he design exactly what I was wanting, but he also kept me informed along the way. Micah has done an amazing job with my Wife's wedding ring. After a year of questions, posing new design ideas, changing my mind, scrapping plans and starting over, the finished product came out perfect. I'm sure I was a test of his patience. Nothing short of happy with my rebuilt engagement ring! We had purchased a ring from Kay's and upon 3 months of wearing it my diamonds started to fall out. I had Micah quote me on a replacement diamond and he let me know the prongs on the original ring were poorly built which would result in the loss of MORE diamonds. He gave me options but I agreed with him to have him rebuild the ENTIRE ring. My original ring was pretty but although it's a duplicate this ring is beautiful! Thankful to have the original diamonds (asides from one) and no more worries! I will be returning with the wedding band to be redone if needed or maybe a trade in for a better one 😂😂 Love this place!!!! They also fixed my broken turquoise cuff; love it even more too!

ICJ is the only place I trust to work on my wedding band and engagement ring. They've been keeping them polished and pretty for me for over eight years. Recently I asked them to work on my engagement ring which is very delicate. I bent it while working one day and they suggested building the prongs back up around my diamond and making the shank thicker. For a super reasonable price they did just that and without going too overboard. I was worried it would look thick and chunky after the rebuild, but it still looks dainty and delicate. It's just much stronger now. Thank you so much!
